Villaforss in Forssa is set to become one of the key cultural destinations of the summer with a special exhibition curated by Veikko Halmetoja, presented in the historic 125-year-old Art Nouveau villa.
Veikko Halmetoja is a Finnish art critic, curator, and one of Finland’s most renowned gallerists. He is widely recognized for his extensive work in contemporary art and for his ability to create insightful and thought-provoking exhibitions. His curatorial approach often focuses on the layered nature of art, topical themes, and the power of visual storytelling.
“For the Villaforss exhibition, I have selected visual artists from different parts of Finland. What unites them all is their ability to wonder—and to invite viewers to wonder as well.
