Nature Festival

The Nature Festival is a free, family-friendly event with activities for nature lovers of all ages. The program includes guided activities and games for kids, nature meditation, and self-guided activity stations you can explore at your own pace. You can make your own nature jewelry or add your touch to the collaborative nature mandala we will design in the center of the Hämeenlinna market square.

Bring your own nature treasures or use the materials provided at the event. Gather fallen treasures, not living ones — twigs, leaves, and petals from the ground are perfect.

The event will be held on Saturday 29th August 2026, on Finnish Nature Day, from 12noon to 3pm! It will take place at the Hämeenlinna Market Square (Raatihuoneenkatu 10).
