Located in the heart of Häme in Hattula, near Hämeenlinna, The Parola Armour Museum was established in 1961. The Parola Armour Museum is not just a group of old tanks. It provides a lot of things to see and experience, for everyone from little children to those interested in military history. The Parola Armour Museum gives all visitors a possibility to get to know Finnish military history and the items related to it in an authentic and unique way. It introduces tank and anti-tank weaponry operated by the the Finnish Army, including captured booty equipment. The museum has several event days during the summer season and activity shows.
