Sound bowl relaxation is a nice group relaxation. In sound bowl relaxation the participants lie down on a mattress with pillow, under a blanket. The sounds will take you into a deep relaxation where you can experience nice dream-a-like state of mind and deep relaxation.
Sound bowl relaxation can be arranged in your own premises or in SensoCenter yoga room (address: Rauhankatu 3, Hämeenlinna). When arranging relaxation in your premises, all we need is a room that is big enough; I have all the required equipment (blankets, pillows, mattresses) up to groups of 30 people. Bigger groups; separate agreement/offer.
