The Reporankana Retreat is an approximately 3-hour journey into the calming sounds of the forest in a small group setting (5–10 participants). During the retreat, stress levels decrease and well-being improves effectively through mindfulness exercises, nature, and animals. Silence helps you listen to your inner voice.

We will meet at the Pirteeks forest gym, where I will introduce the retreat and guide the first exercises to help participants settle into the present moment. From the forest gym, we will head out into the terrain. During the retreat, we will do various exercises in the forest and walk approximately 4–6 km.

After the walk, we will move on to spend time with the horses, where we will do animal-assisted mindfulness exercises with them. From the horses, we will continue to the sheep, whose zen-like presence brings mindfulness to its peak.

Finally, we will enjoy hot chocolate, coffee or tea, and cinnamon buns at the Lammaskahvila campfire shelter. During this treat-filled moment, we will gently break the silence and verbally reflect on the participants’ experiences. Everyone is welcome to share only as much as they wish.
