On these trips one gets to bake their own rye bread using several decades-old starter dough; they prepare local squeeky, home cheese and will be able to take part in checking the fishing nets and crayfish traps. You can grab the catch and even clean it and fry it yourself! You will familiarize yourself with different methods and ways of fishing as well as the sustainability of nature.
