Portaan Nahkurinverstas’ spacious apartments for 1-6
people are located in an old wooden house where the
traditional atmosphere is still left – but the building is
beautifully renovated and furnished with all nowadays
comforts. Breakfast, other meals and an excellent
firewood-heated sauna available.
The place is located in a tiny historical village only about
100 km from Helsinki. There are two national parks,
many other outdoor recreation areas and several lakes
nearby, and a tannery museum on site.
