Snowshoeing with SeastarEvents in Komio Nature Reserve, Loppi

Snowshoeing is a fun winter sport suitable for people of all ages and fitness levels, which can be practiced almost anywhere. It combines the benefits of exercise with the peace and beauty of winter nature.

The Komio Nature Reserve has several marked hiking trails that enable snowshoe trips of different lengths and difficulty levels. The routes go through different parts of the area, where you can get to know different types of nature.

You need outdoor clothes suitable for the weather, something to drink and sturdy winter shoes.

Location: Pilpalantie 931, 12750 Loppi
Price: 450 eur including 1-6 persons, additional persons 20 eur/person. Price includes guide services, snowshoes and poles for the duration of the event, coffee/tea made over a campfire and self-fried sausages.
Group size: 1 – 10 persons.

We will gather at the Pilpalantie 931 parking lot, from where, after the equipment information, we will set off at a leisurely pace towards the Luutalammi campfire site. The total distance is approximately 5 km.

Our snowshoe trips can be booked for the period between 1 December 2025 and 30 April 2026 (depending on snow situation) and all our trips are also excellent for first-timers!
