On these trips one gets to bake their own rye bread using several decades-old starter dough; they prepare local squeeky, home cheese and will be able to take part in checking the fishing nets and crayfish traps. You can grab the catch and even clean it and fry it yourself! You will familiarize yourself with different methods and ways of fishing as well as the sustainability of nature.

The delicious aromas of the food being prepared and the authentic flavors take your breath away. Olden times come easily to mind kneading the dough to form your own loaf of bread while listening to ancient stories.
