Kiipu — village on the side of the museum railway

Kiipu is a village of about 600 inhabitants in the municipality of Jokioinen in Häme. Our village spreads over a large area along the river Jänhijoki. Villagers gather at Minkiö Station and Kiipu village house next door.

• • A genuine village atmosphere at the Kiipu Village Association’s country market a week after midsummer, local delicacies and craft products. The village house also has courses and events throughout the year.

• • The Museum Train of the Jokioinen Museum Railway operates on summer Sundays. Museum railway has events throughout the year.
