Jokimaa

Jokimaa is a village of about 300 people in East Janakkala. A gathering place for villagers is the Löyttymäki VPK house, completed in 1949, which has been renovated by the Jokimaa Village Society with voluntary work and EU money into a modern village house. The house is also rented to outsiders as a banquet room for events etc.

The village club organises a variety of events and activities for villagers of all ages: summer beach days at the Mallinkainen camp centre, christmas time events, winter events and making ski trails are the annual traditions of the village society.
